• Project Architect: H&A is seeking a U.S. licensed Project Architect (PA) with 10+ years’ experience to work in our Norwell, MA office. The PA will focus on developing the architectural design of projects working with a Project Manager, the technical aspects of construction documents and specifications, and occasional construction administration services. The PA will oversee Job Captain(s) and/or Designers to create design work of the highest quality. Positive team and communication skills are necessary in this role, as the PA will be a mentor to rising team members and serve as a firmwide resource for construction technology and best practices. • Job Captain: The selected Job Captain will work as a key player on design teams, collaborating to generate architectural detailing and project deliverables for projects ranging from $100K to $30M in educational, state/municipal and commercial typologies. Working with Project Managers, the Job Captain will participate in all project phases, as well as to mentor and coach rising design professionals — leaving a meaningful mark on the work done by this terrific team.
