Office Administrator

H&A is seeking a full-time, professional Office Administrator to become a pivotal member of our team. The position requires a flexible, positive, forward-thinking, and conscientious individual that is an organized and efficient multi-tasker. Successful candidate will assist with all administrative aspects of running an architectural office, including being the face and voice of the firm. 2-5 years' experience in an administrative, front office and/or customer service type environment is preferred. Experience in an architectural office or similar is a plus. Must be a self-starter and possess excellent communication skills. Must be computer savvy and have a very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Experience with database management and Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus.
