Master Floor Plans and Unit Floor Plans were created for the three-story, 30-condominium unit building. H&A selected interior colors and finishes, and guided choices for appropriate appliances and fixtures. A professionally coordinated interior made the property more attractive to a broader range of potential buyers and capitalized on the emotional impact of the first impression, allowing the property to be more memorable to the buyer.
