Habeeb & Associates Architects was hired to investigate the deterioration of the existing roof system, skylight, and roof parapet caps, as well as identify the overall existing conditions of the MA State Police Marine Unit facility. H&A then designed and monitored construction of a PVC roof replacement, a new diesel-powered emergency generator, and a new electrical system including feeders, panels and circuitry to the docks. In addition, the existing skylight had failed and was replaced with a custom aluminum-insulated skylight assembly.
