As a preferred architect for the Massachusetts State Trial Courts, Habeeb & Associates Architects was commissioned to investigate existing conditions with the building envelope and HVAC systems. 

This complex roof system housed the HVAC equipment for the building and required complete redesign to eliminate water infiltration and comply with current codes for the enclosed mechanical rooms. The project included a new emergency generator, abatement of hazardous materials, replacement of the fire alarm system, and accessibility upgrades to the exterior.
