Phased renovation to two science labs
Habeeb & Associates Architects was initally hired for a Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Project. Under the contract, H&A completed a study which recommended roof and window replacements. The resulting scope of work consisted of replacing 120,000 square feet of EPDM roof, and approximately 20,000 square feet of windows.
H&A was later awarded an On-Call/House Doctor contract with Nauset Regional School District. Some of the projects above were completed under that contract, as were the exterior plaza restoration, renovation of science labs, and others. In addition, Middle School renovations included security hardware upgrades to the classrooms, a study of the auditorium, and exterior stairs and walkway upgrades.
