Specifically designed for 55+ homeowners
Built on 50 acres of wooded land, with an additional 25 acres of open space
Traditional New England design with natural views
Nestled in a quiet section of Hanover with easy access to Main Street, The Elms is a 44-unit condominium community specifically designed and constructed for those aged 55 and over. With room for expansion, the community was built on 50 acres of wooded land. The traditional New England design boasts meandering roads, natural views, 25 acres of open space and an “Interchangable Carriage House” design.
Habeeb & Associates Architects developed a design that allowed owners to make many interior design decisions themselves, thus creating a unique home reflecting their personality and lifestyle. A basic Carriage House unit contains 1,050 sq. ft. on the first floor and 730 on the second. Possible layouts included a combination kitchen and great room, dining room, master bedroom, additional bedroom and study, 2.5 baths, laundry room, garage, front porch, and rear deck or three-season sunporch.
